Senior Valuer – Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Valuer to join our Real Estate Valuations team in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead complex valuation mandates across residential, commercial and mixed-use assets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead valuation engagements for institutional clients including banks, funds and developers
  • Prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports for financial reporting, secured lending and transaction advisory
  • Conduct market analysis and comparable evidence research
  • Mentor junior valuers and contribute to team development

Requirements

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification (mandatory)
  • 5+ years of real estate valuation experience in the UAE/GCC
  • Strong knowledge of RICS Red Book, IVS and IFRS standards
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills
  • Experience with DCF models and residual valuation methods
