About the Role

Join our growing ESG Advisory team to support sustainability assessments, green building certifications and ESG-integrated valuation methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ESG due diligence and sustainability assessments for real estate portfolios
  • Support BREEAM and LEED certification processes
  • Develop ESG risk scoring frameworks for valuation integration
  • Prepare sustainability reports and client presentations

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in ESG advisory, sustainability consulting or green building certification
  • Knowledge of BREEAM, LEED, GRESB or equivalent frameworks
  • Strong research and analytical skills
